Joining a class
Enter the code shown by your instructor and your first name. If your connection drops, keep the app open; the last slide remains visible while it reconnects.
Audio and video recording
Recording is available in the instructor web studio. Open the Record panel, choose screen, microphone, and optional camera, then begin. Finished recordings appear in the webinar library.
Contact support
Send a technical, privacy, deletion, or billing request. Include the class date and code when relevant, but do not include sensitive information.
Service status
The release candidate exposes a machine-readable service health check.
